some people wonder if sharks have eyelids. they do. A sharks eyelid is only used when attacking something. When ever a shark attacks something,strong thick lids cover the eye to protect it. A shark's eyelid is mostly only activated if it's attacking a seal or whale,or anything that can fight back. If you've seen any close up shark attacks, you've seen the lid cover the eye. In the movie deep blue sea, you can see in a couple times the lid cover the fake sharks eye. It's pretty cool they actually had the lid at all!
